Grown at 1400' elevation in the Sierra Foothills, the 2014 Dalton Vineyard Calavera Grenache is an elegant, red fruit driven wine.

 The 2014 Calavera Grenache is a light bodied wine with a long finish.  It shows red raspberries, subtle strawberry and even pomegranate wrapped in white pepper and spice.  There's a hint of jasmine tea.  This wine would pair perfectly with turkey, paella, roast chicken or pork shoulder.
